the room had heated bathroom floors it was a nice surprise. bedside table controls managed the curtains this was convenient.

dingy entrance rude manager
the room was very spacious and comfortable, acceptable
I stayed for several nights and found the entrance on a dingy back street. It felt odd. adaptors weren't provided, i would have to buy one. the late check-out was denied and the duty manager was rude. it was a frustrating experience.

Wonderful Experience
helpful staff perfect location clean room
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine.
The parking fee seemed a bit high. It would be great if there were more affordable parking options nearby. I noticed the cost was quite significant for each night of my stay.

dim lighting dirty machine
i wasnt thrilled with a few things . the lighting in the room was pretty dim, , made it hard to get ready. also, i found a dirty nespresso machine, and the room lacked enough supplies for three people, though i asked before. its just annoying when you expect more from a place like this.

clean room temperature control working shower
I liked the room's cleanliness. I also appreciated the effective temperature control. The shower worked well, providing consistent water pressure.
The entrance is located on a dingy back street. I did not like it.

travel adaptors early housekeeping
The hotel did not provide travel adaptors. I was told I needed to purchase one for $35. Housekeeping requires notification before 3 p.m.. This is earlier than at comparable properties. I also found the electric blinds and iPad system gimmicky. (I usually prefer manual controls.)
